office buildingAfton 1031 Investments is committed to providing exceptional, highly efficient customer service to real estate investors and their advisors, and regular access to a diverse array of high quality, meticulously reviewed Tenant-in-Common (“TIC”) investments to help fulfill 1031 Exchange Requirements, or simply diversify their investments.

Afton 1031 offers clients a consultative, non high-pressure approach, and the advantage of 18 years in the commercial real estate industry. This includes direct experience and expertise in the management, leasing, sale and acquisition of all types of commercial investment property. It brings this critical in-the-field experience, and a strong emphasis on personalized service, to bear in working with real estate investors and their advisors in the review and acquisition of TIC’s.

It is important to note that TIC’s may not be suitable for all investors. TIC’s are considered securities by the SEC and available only to accredited investors as defined by Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933. In addition to normal risks associated with real estate such as loss of principal, variations in occupancy which may negatively impact cash flow and limits on management control of the property, TIC’s also have limited liquidity, no established secondary market and unique fees not found in other real estate investments. For these and other reasons, it is important to partner with a firm that has the experience, knowledge and professionalism needed to navigate the TIC market with you and your clients.
